Let us help answer some questions you might have.

Event Questions:


Will there be a dress code?

Courtly Formal/Fancy attire required. Absolutely no casual wear or warrior/fighting gear and apparel unless stated in the invite (like our Viking Yule Symposia). You will be turned away at the door.

Will I get to interact with Cos Players?

Yes. Every ticket holder will have an opportunity to interact with our actors. VIP will be able to view a private performance at the VIP cocktail hour.

Will there be alcohol?

Yes. Open bar is for VIP only. All other 21+ ticket holders will have the option to purchase alcohol at the event and the tickets for alcohol that come with the chosen package.

Will there be food?

There will be a buffet meal for VIP (hour early entry) and light bites and desserts included with all tickets.

Will there be parking nearby?

Yes, depending on the venue we will keep you posted on what type of parking is available.

Ticketing Questions:

What are the different forms of payment?

At checkout you will find different payment options such as Apple Pay, Credit Card, Afterpay, Klarna and PayPal.

Is there a limit on the number of tickets I can purchase?

We’d like to keep it to a maximum of two tickets per customer. The reason is to avoid scalpers who would buy large quantities in hopes to sell them for much higher prices. If you purchase more than two tickets your order will be canceled and refunded. We will have a guest list when entering so please use your legal name as your gov’t ID displays and it will need to be shown as well as your guests name.

Can I purchase two different types of tickets?

Yes. You are able to purchase two different types of tickets. At checkout you will be required to enter the name of your guest. You will be able to decide at the door who gets which ticket type.

Will I be able to get a refund if I cannot attend anymore?

Sorry, all tickets are final and no refunds. They will be no tickets sold at the door. We will work with customers to try and resell their tickets on our Facebook page and other social media. Please follow our social media pages to help sell your ticket. Please use the contact page to let us know.

My guest can no longer attend, can I change the name?

Yes. Although it is mandatory that we have the name of your guest (as it appears on their gov’t ID) if for some reason they can no longer attend, please reach out to us using the contact page so that we can update the information of the new guest for you.

If the tickets are in my cart am I guaranteed to check out?

No. Having tickets alone in the cart does NOT guarantee that you will be able to complete your purchase. All tickets are sold on a first come first serve basis with no way to reserve tickets in the cart. The only confirmation that you’ve received tickets is by receiving an order number from Halos n Horns by email.

Post Purchase Questions:

I paid with Afterpay/Klarna and received a confirmation but no order number from Halos n Horns?

Unfortunately if you did not receive an order number from Halos n Horns you did not receive tickets. If you were charged by AfterPay/Klarna you will need to reach out to them for refunds as Halos n Horns did not receive any payment. Please email us with your confirmation from Klarna/AfterPay to see what we can do for you. info@halosnhorns.com

If I made a misspelling during checkout or forgot to enter a name will my order be canceled?

No. Simply use the contact page to let us know the change that needs to be made. Please be sure to include your name and order number when messaging us.

Is there a waitlist? Can I see where I am on the waitlist?

Yes. You can join the waitlist here.

We cannot share where on the list at this time. Tickets that come available from refunds will be made available on a first come first serve basis.

Can I downgrade my tickets?

Unfortunately there is no easy way to accomplish this. You could join our Facebook Group and see if someone is willing to swap. Otherwise you would need to request a refund and join the waitlist.

I received an order number but it is pending fulfillment?

Congratulations, as long as all rules were followed (max 2 tickets, legal names, and nobody under 18) you and your guest, if any, will be added to our guest list and you will receive a final email. This process can take up to 10 business days, thank you for your patience.

I saw my order number on the purchase confirmation page but never received my confirmation email.

This is typically due to a typo with your email address. Please contact with your full name AND email address so that we can find your order and update your email address for you.
